A Note From Our Founder

We talk a lot about homes around here, but the truth is, we’re building something much larger. It starts with people. The team you see here is the heartbeat of Pinnacle. They care deeply. They show up. They support one another. They pour their hearts into the work, not only to ensure it looks exceptional, but to make sure it feels right. The Pinnacle experience is distinct because of them.

For us, it has never been just about completing the project. It’s about the relationships formed along the way, the trust built, the challenges faced, the laughter shared, and the small victories celebrated. This team is why we get to turn dreams into homes and clients into lifelong friends.

We’re grateful you’re here. We look forward to what we can build together.

The People Behind the Pinnacle Experience

David Rynes

EVP of Client Relationships

David Rynes

EVP of Client Relationships

David leads with a client-first mindset, bringing clarity, energy, and deep construction knowledge to every phase of the homebuilding journey. He focuses on building trust, guiding conversations, and ensuring each homeowner feels confident and cared for from initial vision to final handoff. What he enjoys most is helping transform ideas into real homes that families will enjoy every day, and being part of that process is something he never takes for granted.

His passion for construction began early, growing up in his family’s amusement park in Chicago where he was constantly building, fixing, and solving problems. Years later, while helping build his own home in Massachusetts, he discovered just how meaningful the process could be. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, biking, running, skiing, and camping. His mountain home must have is a home spa with a sauna and ice bath.

Chad Rowe

President, Construction

Chad Rowe

President, Construction

Chad leads with positivity, perspective, and a passion for transformation. He has spent his career in construction because he loves the work, watching a raw site become a finished home and building relationships with the people who make it happen. He brings creative problem solving, steady leadership, and a genuine desire to teach and mentor those around him.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys time with his family, whether they’re traveling, on the soccer field, or spending time outdoors. He’s also a fan of pickleball and has checked off all 50 states from his travel list. If he were building a home of his own, it would include a four car garage built for tools, gear, and a few weekend projects.

Stephen Oppito

President, Construction

Stephen Oppito

President, Construction

Stephen brings decades of experience to the Pinnacle team along with a calm, steady presence rooted in years of building homes from the ground up. For him, construction has always been about people. He finds the most meaning in the relationships formed throughout the process, both with the team and with the clients they build for.

His favorite moments come at the very beginning and the very end. The first client meeting when the vision starts to take shape, and the final handoff when that vision becomes a home. Stephen’s path into construction began when he helped a friend build a house from the foundation up, an experience that sparked a lasting passion for the craft. Outside of work he values unhurried time with family, and if he were to build a home of his own it would be simple, practical, and built to last.

Turner Stinson

Director of Construction Operations

Turner Stinson

Turner is drawn to the connection between clients and the homes they build. He loves learning the stories behind each project and seeing how a client’s vision shapes every detail. His favorite stage is final trim out, when the finished materials are revealed and the home’s personality starts to shine.

Construction has been part of Turner’s life for as long as he can remember, from growing up around job sites to working with stone and tile during summer breaks. He brings a process-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a talent for bringing people together to solve problems and move projects forward. Outside of work he enjoys time with his wife and two sons, early morning garage workouts, and as much mountain biking as he can fit in. His future custom home would feature a seamless indoor and outdoor living space built for comfortable, year-round grilling and gathering.

Bruce brings leadership, experience, and a practical approach to overcoming challenges in the field. Outside of work he enjoys hiking and walking with his wife and dog, staying active, playing guitar, and watching sports. His future mountain home would include a gym, a space to recharge both physically and mentally.

Outside of work, Ian spends as much time outdoors as possible. He skis in the winter, mountain bikes in the summer, and is always chasing fresh air. He’s especially drawn to the framing phase, when a slab of concrete becomes a fully formed structure and clients see their vision begin to take shape. It’s one of his favorite moments in the process and a reminder of why he loves the work.

Before stepping into custom homebuilding, Jake spent eight summers as an ocean lifeguard along the Maine coast. His interest in construction started well before that, shaped by early memories of watching his dad build their family’s dream home. That experience sparked a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the lasting impact of a well-built space. His must-have in a custom mountain home would be a built-in sauna with a view of the peaks, the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Outside of work Jake enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

That mindset sparked a career rooted in craftsmanship, collaboration, and pride in the finished product. Outside of work Ryan enjoys skiing, spending time around Clear Creek County, and chasing the occasional adrenaline rush. He has even competed in three Red Bull events. His future mountain home would include a spa like tub and shower room with a claw foot tub, multiple rain heads, body jets, and a steam feature.
