Michael Holcomb

Born and raised in the Midwest, Michael moved to Summit County in 2018. After graduating with his master’s degree in science education, Michael taught high school for over eight years. Michael’s interests lie in education, employee development and engagement, problem solving, and volunteering with at-risk youth. When not in the office, you can find him traveling, running, playing tennis, golfing, skiing, baking, and cuddling with his cats. Being married to someone who speaks multiple languages, one of Michael’s personal goals is to learn Spanish.

Originally from Jefferson, Georgia, Maddy moved to Summit County after graduating from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Outside of the office, you can find her snowboarding, hiking, camping, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Project Manager

Mac moved to Breckenridge in 2006 and started with Pinnacle in 2015. When he isn’t working, Mac enjoys reading, backpacking, biking and skiing.

Lisa Yates

Creative Director of Design

Lisa Yates will help transform your house into a home from conception to installation. Lisa’s thoughtful approach and attention to detail ensure that each project reflects the client’s personal style and needs. When she is not designing, Lisa enjoys spending time skiing, whitewater rafting, and backpacking with her husband and two dogs.

Linsey Hempel

EVP Finance & Strategy

Born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, Linsey Hempel will always be a mountain resident. After commuting to Denver for Corporate America for three years, Linsey found her place at Pinnacle and tackles all of our business initiatives and strategic business planning. Linsey spends the majority of her time outside of work as an outdoor enthusiast, yogi and chef. Through her adventurous spirit, Linsey brings excitement and laughter wherever she goes.

Lauren Richards

Lead Designer

Originally from Northern California, Lauren ventured around the country moving to Park City Utah, and then Scottsdale to pursue her design degree. Lauren graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Interior Design. She’s so happy to be living in the mountains, and be able to hike and enjoy the outdoors.

Born and raised in Michigan, Larry moved to Colorado in 2018. He is passionate about nature and spends most of his free time in the woods.

Kody Becker

Project Manager

Originally from Upstate New York, Kody moved to Colorado in 2012. He attended Colorado Mountain College and Colorado University at Boulder, receiving his degree in Architectural Engineering in December of 2017. Kody joined Pinnacle in January of 2018. In his free time he enjoys camping, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, and hanging out with his friends and family.

Josh Mazar

Architectural Manager

Originally from Denver Colorado, Josh studied Environmental Design at the University of Colorado. After graduating he decided to live out a life long dream to design homes in the mountains and joined the Pinnacle team. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him mostly on the water fly fishing and camping, playing hockey, or on the slopes skiing with friends and family.

Jake Wilson

Project Superintendent

Jake grew up in small towns in Maine, has a love for the outdoors, a great personality, and a creative energy. After graduating from the University of Maine with a BA of Fine Arts, he decided a change of scenery would be nice and Colorado would be a perfect fit.
