Sydney Tronnier

Hailing from Hastings, Minnesota, Sydney brings a blend of patience and creativity to the team, making her a perfect fit for a dynamic work environment. In her spare time, Sydney indulges in a variety of hobbies, including reading, snowboarding, painting, and traveling. Notably talented, Sydney can also play the ukulele—a fun fact that adds to her unique profile. Her bucket list adventure is to witness the penguins in Patagonia, Argentina, and experiencing the hot air balloon festival in Cappadocia, Turkey. Sydney is enthusiastic about leveraging their creativity and passion in their new role, and is eager to collaborate with the team.

Hank Gilson

From Topsham, Maine, Hank is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, climbing, playing guitar, and chess. Known for his laid-back and positive nature, he’s a team player who uplifts any group. Although not circus-ready, Hank can ride a unicycle and dreams of a ski hut trip for some fresh powder.

Amy Priegel

Born and raised in Michigan, Amy moved to Summit County in 2000 and has been enjoying the mountain lifestyle ever since. Amy received a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, as well as an MBA/MS Accounting from University of Colorado Denver and has worked with companies ranging from small startups to international corporations before joining the Pinnacle team. When not in the office, Amyenjoys playing hockey, hiking, camping, traveling, and cheering on Michigan sports teams (go Blue!).

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Corinne moved to Colorado in 2015 from Northern NJ. In her spare time, Corinne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pup, June She’ll try anything once and has many hobbies and interests to prove it; climbing mountains, camping, fishing, pickleball, trap/target shooting, snowboarding, golfing, painting, photography, live music and festivals, and international travel!

Cat is a Colorado native who studied sustainable interior design at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. When she’s not elbow deep in fabric swatches you can find her hanging out with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, gardening, camping, hiking, or baking.

Mike Kannaley hails from New Jersey (virtual high five to all fellow east coasters). Mike loves to snowboard and shred the high country pow! In his spare time, he enjoys wood working and spending time with his wife and puppy.

Kali Branch

Accounting Manager

Kali grew up in Waco, Texas, and attended Texas A&M University to obtain her BBA in Accounting and MS in Finance. Kali began her career as a CPA at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, Texas. A few years later she embarked on a mountain lifestyle and moved to Summit County in 2021. Outside of the office, you can find Kali summiting mountain peaks, snowboarding, camping, hiking, playing volleyball, and traveling to new places with friends.

Emma is a Colorado Native who studied Environmental Design at the University of Colorado Boulder. Emma explored Costal Design through internships and careers on the East Coast and then returned home to the Rocky Mountains to join Collective Design. When she’s not designing, Emma enjoys skiing, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, and spending time with family!

Kayla joins us with extensive marketing and agency experience. She was originally born in Canada, grew up in Austin, and now lives in Denver with her son. When Kayla’s not in the office, she’s reading, cooking, indoor cycling, keeping up with her son, and is always planning her next travel adventure.

Zane Levin

Principal Architect

Originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Zane moved to Colorado to study environmental design and architecture in 2009. Ultimately, graduating with his Masters of Architecture from The University of Colorado, Zane found his way to Summit County to pursue his dream of designing mountain homes in 2015. Apart from his love for architecture and design, Zane is also a state champion disc golfer in the summer, and an avid life-long skier come winter. He finds himself traveling the world for all these passions whenever he can do so.
