Director, People & Culture
After graduating Humboldt State University in Northern California with a degree in International Finance and a minor in Spanish, Alex Rae returned to her Summit County roots. Her passions lie in mental health initiatives, enjoying the great outdoors and eating chips. When not in office you can find her hanging out with her chickens, petting cows, biking, running, relaxing on a boat or simply just taking a nap.
Born and raised in Summit County, Alex spent years chasing some combination of a career in professional rugby and tech marketing all over the world. But as it happens to so many, the allure of Summit County became too much to ignore. To Pinnacle, Alex brings years of technical marketing, design, and brand strategy experience. When not working, he spends his time pursuing all the activities his doctor tells him he should avoid, ski mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoneering, and even a little rugby when he’s feeling nostalgic.
