Our team put a system in place to keep the site dry during the early stages of the build, so we could safely dig down and pour the foundation.

The water is filtered and cleaned before it goes back into the creek, making sure we’re protecting the environment every step of the way. It’s a behind-the-scenes process that most people never see, but it’s what makes building in a location like this possible.
