From the start, this Alabama-based family had a clear vision for their Breckenridge retreat. They imagined a rustic mountain getaway that honored their Southern heritage while embracing the rhythm of alpine living. The 6,500-square-foot home is thoughtfully designed for all-season connection and comfort. An open-concept floor plan, his-and-her suites, four guest bedrooms, a kids’ bunk room, and a spacious entertainment level offer room for gathering, relaxing, and making memories in every season.
Throughout the home, reclaimed materials from the South add layers of character and meaning. These elements, paired with natural textures and mountain-inspired finishes, create a space that feels both grounded and personal. Outdoor living was just as important, with intentional gathering areas designed to make the most of every moment—whether under fresh snowfall or Colorado sun.
