Parade of Homes 2024

The 2024 Breckenridge Parade of Homes celebrated the very best in mountain architecture and design, and one standout home built by Pinnacle Mountain Homes captured attention for all the right reasons. With interiors and furnishings by Collective Design and architecture by the talented team at BHH Partners, the home offered a bold and refreshing expression of modern mountain living rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep connection to nature.

Tucked into the landscape of Western Sky Ranch, the home featured expansive views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Tenmile Range. This dramatic setting was transformed into a refined retreat that felt both elevated and grounded. One striking design element was a board formed concrete wall on the lower level, which served as both a functional anchor and an architectural statement. Throughout the home, intentional design choices created a harmonious flow that balanced boldness with livability.

Outside, clean flat rooflines gave the home a modern silhouette that complemented the surrounding alpine terrain. The residence also earned ZERH certification, reflecting the entire team’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Every aspect of the design supported long term performance without compromising aesthetics.

Mountain construction comes with its own unique challenges, but Pinnacle Mountain Homes met them with precision, transparency, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. From start to finish, they maintained clear communication and ensured that every detail honored the client’s vision. The result was a finished home that exceeded expectations and brought the original dream to life with lasting impact.

Inside, Collective Design created interiors that were personal, elegant, and warm. The layout embraced the surrounding views through expansive windows that welcomed natural light and connected each room to the outdoors. A palette of soft textures, rich wood accents, and carefully curated furnishings gave the home a lived in feel with refined character. Sophisticated wallpapers, custom ceiling details, and layered materials offered depth and visual interest while still feeling cohesive and inviting.

The 2024 Parade of Homes offered a rare glimpse into what is possible when architecture, design, and craftsmanship align with purpose and passion. At Pinnacle Mountain Homes, we believe every home should be as extraordinary as the landscape that surrounds it.
