20 Years at the Peak

Redefining how homes are built, experienced, and cared for.

As winter settles in and we close out another year, we are celebrating a milestone that marks far more than time on a calendar. Pinnacle Mountain Homes is 20 years old.

In 2005, we entered this industry with a simple premise: the process could be better. What began as a response to outdated methods and fragmented systems has evolved into a modern, integrated, and client focused approach to building. Two decades later, that same mindset still drives us.

We never set out to simply build remarkable homes. We set out to build a better experience, from start to finish and long after move in.

Why We Began

From the beginning, our goal was to challenge convention and raise expectations for what a builder could be. We saw a process that was often disjointed and inefficient, and we believed clients deserved more: clarity, communication, and accountability.

What started as a desire to do things differently grew into a full service model that unifies architecture, construction, interiors, furnishings, and homecare. The result is not only stronger homes, but a more predictable and enjoyable experience for those who live in them.

How We Have Grown

Over time, we intentionally built a team and structure that keeps every phase aligned. Today, we support both custom homes and renovations from first conversation to long term care.

Growth for us has never been about volume. It has been about people, relationships, and elevating what it means to do this work well.

What Matters Most

Awards and recognition have come along the way, but the moments that matter are more personal.

Families returning for second and third projects.

Homes that reflect not just design intent, but how people truly live.

Trust earned through listening, follow through, and attention to detail.

That is the kind of work that endures. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

2025 in Focus

This year, our work expanded across Steamboat, Vail, and Summit County, with both new homes and significant remodels. We took on complex builds and transformative renovations, each shaped around the way our clients gather, host, and unwind.

We refined our communication, strengthened planning, and continued to push for clarity and consistency throughout the process.

Every project was an opportunity to raise the bar, one step closer to a more seamless experience from design through delivery.

Looking Ahead

As we turn toward 2026, our focus is clear. Improve the client experience again.

We have changed how homes are built. Now we are elevating what it feels like to go through the journey. Better tools. Smarter workflows. Clearer expectations. Deeper support from day one.

With clarity and momentum.

With gratitude to our clients, partners, and team, thank you.

We are proud of the last 20 years. We are even more energized by what is ahead.

Here is to the next chapter.
