Our furnishings team at Collective Design starts working as soon as the architects and designers do, well before construction to ensure a seamless experience throughout.
Manage
Upon completion of a home, our clients become alumni as we continue to serve them as faithful managers of their property. We seamlessly transition from construction to maintenance through our team at Pinnacle Lodging.
We take great pride in the homes that we create, and the ongoing management and periodic inspection is central to the protection and optimizing of the space that we’ve created for our clients.
Rent
Many of our homeowners occupy their vacation homes on a part-time basis and choose our team at Pinnacle Lodging for management as well as short-term vacation rental.
We provide full-service vacation rental management, integrating bookings, reservations, guest services, cleaning and management as an elevated turn-key experience for those who desire to optimize their investment through vacation rentals.
