Pinnacle Mountain Homes is featuring two custom residences in the 2017 Summit County Parade of Homes. Each year the residences on the Parade of Homes tour vary from high-end custom homes to remodels to multi-family residences. It is a unique opportunity to explore the architecture, interior design, new building styles and remodel techniques in the industry. Below is an overview of the two Pinnacle homes in 2017.
Parade Home #8
7 Bedrooms | 7 Bathrooms | 6,600 s.f

Located on a private ski spur adjacent to West Ten Mile ski trail and the Lumberjack lift, the ski-in/ski-out home is impressive for it’s opulent yet rustic style, gilded embellishments, contemporary lines and connection to the ski area. With vacation rentals and a multi-generational gathering place in mind, this five-level home sleeps 28 featuring five master suites, a recreation room, a theater, and several private relaxation spaces. The kitchen, dining and living room have an open floorplan with expansive floor to ceiling windows and views of Copper Mountain.
Parade Home #17
5 Bedrooms | 5.5 Bathrooms | 6,617 s.f

As long time Breck skiiers, the owners of this generational home chose Shock Hill’s secluded neighborhood for its proximity to skiing and the surrounding Cucumber Gulch preserve, an endangered species habitat. Within walking distance to Main Street, the BreckConnect gondola and the Nordic trails, this ski retreat is perfectly positioned to enjoy sweeping vistas of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, easy access to skiing and nature.
Proceeds of this event benefit our local foundation, The Summit Foundation.
