Summit County
Parade of Homes 2016

Pinnacle Mountain Homes featured two custom residences in the 2016 Summit County Parade of Homes. Each year the residences on the Parade of Homes tour vary from high-end custom homes to remodels to multi-family residences. It is a unique opportunity to explore the architecture, interior design, new building styles and remodel techniques in the industry. Below is an overview of the two award-winning Pinnacle homes in 2016.

This four-level ski-in/ski-out home is designed with family ski vacations in mind. The owner, a national vacation rental entrepreneur, understood the importance of private living spaces, outdoor patios and ample dining areas. During the design process, there was an emphasis on incorporating unique focal features and fun design elements common in hospitality design. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room just feet from the Trygve’s ski run and a breakfast nook nestled in aspens give you an authentic sense of place.
